Are all products covered by warranty?
Yes - all our products carry a 12 months parts warranty,
howevever, we cannot supply a warranty for wheels,
tyres and castors.

Do you supply a range of different sizes?
Yes, several different widths and lengths are available.

What is the standard size of a hand pallet truck?
There are 2 standard sizes
     1. EURO size - this size fits a standard Euro pallet
         520/540cm width, 1000/1150 length
     2. STANDARD size - (known as Blue Chep)
         680cm wide, 1000/1150 length

Can I change the wheel configuration?
Yes, you can choose from Nylon, Poly and Rubberc,
(steer only for rubber).

Do our products come with a load test certificate?
No, they are not required to have them.
